If you’re in the last 3 days of your policy, you can’t change the status of your auto-renewal as your renewal is already being processed.
This means that your new policy may already be in place and, if you pay for your policy in a single payment, the payment may have already been taken from your payment card.
To prevent this from happening, we'd recommend that you allow plenty of time to change your auto-renewal status. If you'd like to know how to change your auto-renewal, check out this helpful guide.
If you don't want to go ahead with your renewal and you're in the last 3 days of your policy, we'll need to cancel the new policy. To do this, it's best to speak to a member of our team for help.
