When will I get my renewal quote?

If you have a 30 day policy, your renewal quote will be emailed to you 7 days before your policy is due to end.

If you have an annual policy, your renewal quote will be emailed to you 21 days before your policy is due to end.

You’ll need to wait until you get your renewal email from us to find out the price of your next policy. Your new renewal email will also let you know how you can renew your policy.

If you have a Zego Sense policy, your email will also let you know how much you've saved!*

*Please note: any projected savings are based on the cost of your cover for the same period, without Zego Sense. This is not based on savings compared to your previous policy.

How can I find my policy end date?

If you use the Zego Sense app, open the app and tap 'Policies' at the bottom of the screen. You'll see your policy end date underneath your vehicle registration number, as shown below.

If you use the Zego Delivery app, open the app and tap 'Documents' at the bottom of the screen, then tap 'Policy Certificate'. You'll see your policy end date shown next to 'Period of Cover'.

What if I can’t find my renewal email?

If you’re already in your renewal window and you can’t find your renewal email, you should check your junk/spam folder.

If it’s not in your junk folder, check if your renewal has appeared in your app by following this guide.

If your policy is due to expire very soon, you can’t find your renewal email and it’s not appearing in the app, just get in touch. We’ll help set it up for you.
