How do I check if auto-renewal is turned on or off?

Checking your auto-renewal status is slightly different depending on whether you use the Zego Sense app, or the Zego Delivery app.

Customers using the Zego Sense app

First, open the Zego Sense app and tap ‘Policies’ at the bottom of the screen. Then tap ‘Policy details’ on your policy. Here you’ll be able to see if it is on or off.

If auto-renewal isn’t available on your policy, you won’t see the auto-renewal option.

Customers using the Zego Delivery app

If you have a 30 day policy, you can check if auto-renewal is switched on or off from our Live Chat in the Zego Delivery app. To do this, follow these simple steps:

  1. Open the Zego Delivery app.

  2. Tap 'Help' at the bottom of the screen.

  3. Tap 'Chat to an Agent' to access our Live Chat.

  4. Next, select 'Renewing my policy' to get a list of questions related to your renewal

  5. Tap 'Will my policy automatically renew?'. From here, we'll tell you if auto-renewal is on or off.

If you have an annual policy, this option will not appear as we do not offer auto-renewals for annual policies that are managed in the Zego Delivery app.
