Auto-renewal is a feature that’s available with our 30 day policies and some annual policies. Turning auto-renewal on or off is really simple, but the process will be different depending on the app that you use.
Customers with the Zego Sense app
Open the Zego Sense app
Tap ‘Policies’ at the bottom of the screen
Tap ‘Policy details’ on your policy.
Change the position of the auto renewal toggle to on or off, shown below 👇.
If the auto renewal toggle isn't shown, it means you don’t yet have the option to turn on auto renewal so your policy will not automatically renew.
Customers with the Zego Delivery app
Open the Zego Delivery app
Tap 'Help' at the bottom of the screen
Next, select 'Chat to an Agent'.
Ask us about turning auto-renewal on or off and we'll create a case for you. We'll also provide you with a case reference number.
It usually takes us around 5 days to make the change, but we'll send you a confirmation email once we've made the change for you.
And that's it!
Please note, if you're in the last 3 days of your policy, you won't be able to turn off auto-renewal. You can find more information about this here.
