Renewals

If you need to make a change to your renewal or would like to discuss your renewal in more detail, you can contact our Renewals team.

Opening hours: Monday to Friday | 9am to 1pm & 2pm to 5pm

Customer Support

IMPORTANT NOTICE: We’re enhancing your experience with a Live Chat–first approach, giving you faster, more convenient support whenever you need it. If you need to make a change to your policy that you're not able to do using one of our apps, you can contact our Customer Support team.

Closing times for our Renewals and Customer Support teams depend on how busy we are, so please aim to contact us before 4:30pm to help us handle your query in time.

Just so you know, our busiest times are between 10am and 11am.

Note: On Bank Holidays our Customer Support team and Renewals team are available from 10am to 1:30pm & 2pm to 4pm.

Report new incidents using your Zego app

The quickest way to report a new incident is directly from your Zego app.

New Claims

If you've been involved in an accident and need to make a new claim, you can contact our New Claims team.

Opening hours:

  • Monday to Friday | 8am to 9pm

  • Saturdays | 8am to 6pm

  • Sundays | 10am to 4pm

If you have comprehensive cover, we offer an out of hours service that is open 24/7 for emergency recoveries.

Existing Claims

If you've already reported a claim and need to contact us, you can speak to our Existing Claims team.

Premium Credit

If you have an annual policy and pay in monthly instalments, your credit agreement is provided by Premium Credit.

Opening hours: Monday - Friday | 9am - 5pm

Autoglass

If you have comprehensive cover and need to claim for a broken widescreen, you should contact Autoglass.

PEX Breakdown Assistance

If you have a Taxi policy with breakdown cover added as an optional extra you can call The Claims Manager, PEX’s claims handlers, if you've broken down

RAC Breakdown Assistance

If you have a Business Van Insurance policy with breakdown cover added as an optional extra, you can call RAC if you've broken down.
