IMPORTANT: We’re improving how we support existing claims by moving to a Live Chat first approach from 4 February. This means faster responses and an easier experience. Until the change is complete, you can still contact us by phone or Live Chat.

If you have an annual policy and pay in monthly instalments, your credit agreement is provided by Premium Credit.

PEX Breakdown Assistance
