Renewals

If you need to make a change to your renewal or would like to discuss your renewal in more detail, you can contact our Renewals team.

Opening hours: Monday - Friday | 10am - 5:30pm

Customer Support

If you need to make a change to your policy that you're not able to do using one of our apps, you can contact our Customer Support team.

Opening hours: Monday - Friday | 10am - 5:30pm

Closing times for our Renewals and Customer Support teams depend on how busy we are, so please aim to contact us before 4:30pm to help us handle your query in time.

Just so you know, our busiest times are between 10am and 11am.

Note: On Bank Holidays our Customer Support team and Renewals team are available from 10am - 4pm.

Report new incidents using your Zego app

The quickest way to report a new incident is directly from your Zego app.

New Claims

If you've been involved in an accident and need to make a new claim, you can contact our New Claims team.

Opening hours: Monday - Friday | 8am - 9pm

If you have comprehensive cover, we offer an out of hours service that is open 24/7 for emergency recoveries.

Existing Claims

If you've already reported a claim and need to contact us, you can speak to our Existing Claims team.

Opening hours: Monday - Friday | 8am - 5pm

Premium Credit

If you have an annual policy and pay in monthly instalments, your credit agreement is provided by Premium Credit.

Opening hours: Monday - Friday | 9am - 5pm

Autoglass

If you have comprehensive cover and need to claim for a broken widescreen, you should contact Autoglass.

Bastion Breakdown Assistance

If you have a Taxi policy with breakdown cover added as an optional extra, you can call Bastion if you've broken down.

RAC Breakdown Assistance

If you have a Business Van Insurance policy with breakdown cover added as an optional extra, you can call RAC if you've broken down.
