Finding and downloading your Certificate of Insurance, or policy certificate, is quick and straightforward.
In this guide, we’ll show you how to access all of your Zego policy documents, so you always have them on hand when needed.
Zego Sense App
You can view and download your Policy Certificate, Policy Booklet, Policy Schedule and IPID (Insurance Product Information Document) from your Zego Sense app. Just follow the steps below to find them:
Open the Zego Sense app
Tap ‘Policies’ at the bottom of the screen.
Tap the ‘Document’ button on the relevant policy.
From here you can open your Policy Certificate, Policy Schedule, Policy Booklet or IPID.
Once opened, you can download (or share) a pdf version of the document to your phone.
Zego Delivery App
30 day and annual policies
If you have a 30-day or an annual policy, you can view and download your Policy Certificate, Policy Booklet and Policy Schedule from your Zego Delivery app. Just follow the steps below to find them:
Open the Zego Delivery app
Tap the ‘Documents’ option at the bottom of the screen.
Select the document you need to view it on screen.
From here you can download a pdf version to your phone.
The pdf document can be sent to your work provider, should you need to provide proof. Please note that your work provider will not accept a screen print of your certificate.
Pay-as-you-go cover
If you have pay-as-you-go cover, we provide you with a Letter of Enrolment rather than a certificate of insurance. This can be sent to any of your work providers as proof that you have insurance in place with us.

Your Zego Account
In addition to using your app, you can also log into your account to view and download your documents.
