How can I get proof of my NCD?

Customers using the Zego Sense app

You can view and download your proof of No Claims Discount (NCD) or No Claims Bonus using the Zego Sense app as soon as you've received your renewal email.

Just follow the steps below to find it:

  1. Open the Zego Sense app

  2. Tap ‘Policies’ at the bottom of the screen.

  3. Tap the ‘Document’ button on the relevant policy.

  4. From here, tap 'No Claims Discount'.

  5. Once opened, you can download (or share) a pdf version of the document to your phone.

Please note: Proof of NCD will not be available in the Sense app if you are outside of your renewal window. This is the last 21 days of cover if you have an annual policy, or the last 7 days of cover if you have a 30 day policy.

Customers using the Zego Delivery app

You can easily request your NCD proof via Live Chat by following these simple steps:

  1. Open the Zego Delivery app.

  2. Tap 'Help' at the bottom of the screen, then 'Chat with an Agent'.

  3. Next select 'Send us a message'.

  4. Once your chatting with us, just ask for your NCD proof and we’ll give you a case reference number.

  5. In the next few days, we'll send your NCD proof to your email address.

We’re only able to send your proof of No Claims Discount once you’ve received your renewal quote, or once your policy has expired. If you haven’t received your renewal quote from us yet, please make your request after you’ve received it.

Please note, if you have pay-as-you-go cover you will not be able to request proof of no claims discount. Find out more here.
