You can easily request your proof of your No Claims Discount (NCD) from Live Chat. To do this, follow these simple steps:
Open your Zego app.
Start a new chat
If you use the Zego Sense app, tap the 'Chat' icon in the top right corner of the screen.
If you use the Zego Delivery app, tap 'Help' at the bottom of the screen, then select 'Chat with an Agent'.
Once you reach the chat menu, select ‘My no claims discount’ followed by ‘How can I get my NCD Proof?’. If you meet the criteria, we’ll give you a case reference number.
In the next few days, we'll send your NCD proof to your email address.
Don’t forget, we’re only able to send your proof of No Claims Discount once you’ve received your renewal quote, or once your policy has expired. If you haven’t received your renewal quote from us yet, please make your request after you’ve received it.
