How do I change my policy length?

For our taxi, car delivery and scooter delivery products, we offer a variety of policy lengths:

  • Taxi: annual and 30 day policies

  • Car Delivery: annual, 30 day and pay-as-you-go

  • Scooter and Motorbike Delivery: annual, 30 day and pay-as-you-go

With our Van Insurance and Personal Car insurance, we only offer annual policies. This means that you cannot change the policy length.

Changing your policy length

We can't change the policy length of an active policy. But if you'd like to switch, here are your options:

Changing the policy length at your next renewal (Annual and 30 day only)

  • The best time to make this change is when your policy is due for renewal. This would avoid any cancellation charges.

  • Just let us know that you’d like to make this change when you receive your next renewal email from us.

  • After you get your renewal quote, the best way to get in touch is using Live Chat. Or, you can find our contact details here.

Cancelling your existing cover (Annual, 30 day and pay-as-you-go)

  • If you need to make the change immediately, you'll need to cancel your current insurance and set up new cover for the new policy length.
