How can I start a Live Chat with Zego?

If you'd like to start a chat with us, you have a few options!

Please note, you must be a Zego customer to start a chat with us and you must be able to log in to one or our customer portals. We do not provide live chat options for non-Zego customers.

Using the Zego Sense app

To start a chat with us, just follow this simple process:

  1. Open the Zego Sense app

  2. Tap the 'Chat' button in the top right corner of the screen to open our help window.

  3. Next tap 'Send us a message'

  4. From here, type your message and we'll jump on to help you!

If you'd like to access any of your previous conversation, just follow these steps:

  1. After tapping on the 'Chat' button, select 'Messages'.

  2. This will open up a list of all previous conversations with us. Here you can browse through your previous conversations to find anything you need.

Using the Zego Delivery app

To start a chat with us, just follow this simple process:

  1. Open the Zego Delivery app

  2. Tap 'Help' at the bottom of the screen

  3. Then tap 'Chat to an Agent'

  4. Next tap 'Send us a message'

  5. From here, type your message and we'll jump on to help you!

If you'd like to access any of your previous conversation, just follow these steps:

  1. After tapping on 'Chat to an Agent', select 'Messages'.

  2. This will open up a list of all previous conversations with us. Here you can browse through your previous conversations to find anything you need.

Please note, if after tapping 'Chat with an Agent' it opens directly into a new message, then we'd recommend updating your app to the latest version.

To start a chat with us, you'll need to log in to your account. Just follow these steps:

  1. Click here to go to the account login screen.

  2. Enter your email address and tap the 'Sign in with email' button.

  3. Next, we'll send you an email which contains your 'one time verification code'.

  4. Copy the code and enter it on the next screen. Then tap 'Submit code' to log in.

  5. From here, tap the 'Zego' logo in the bottom right corner of the screen. It looks like this:

  6. This will open the chat window. Next tap 'Send us a message'

  7. From here, type your message and we'll jump on to help you!

  1. After opening the 'Chat' window, select 'Messages'.

  2. This will open up a list of all previous conversations with us. Here you can browse through your previous conversations to find anything you need.
