How do I manage by Scooter SD&P cover?

Our pay-as-you-go cover requires customers to have separate social, domestic and pleasure (SD&P) cover in place.

Some of our scooter pay-as-you-go customers have 30 day or annual SD&P cover with us.

These policies provide third party only cover, and are linked to our pay-as-you-go insurance. This means if you do not use your pay-as-you-go cover for 3 consecutive months, this SD&P cover will be cancelled.

Likewise, if the SD&P cover lapses, the pay-as-you-go cover will be deactivated until new SD&P cover is put in place and proof is provided to us.

To manage your Scooter SD&P policy, including making a change to it or renewing it, please contact us. The best way to do this is using live chat from the Zego Delivery app.
