If you have a crack in your windscreen, or it is broken and needs to be replaced, you may be able to make a claim on your Zego insurance.
There are two important points to remember when you need to make a claim:
You need to have comprehensive cover
You need to have a 'combo' policy (social, domestic and pleasure, plus hire and reward) or a standalone social, domestic and pleasure policy (Personal Car or Personal Van).

When making a claim for your windscreen an excess will apply, as follows:
To claim for a windscreen repair, the excess is £25.
To claim for a windscreen replacement, the excess is £150 on Personal Car Insurance, or £100 on our Van, Taxi and Delivery products.
If you are unsure which excesses apply, it's best to check your policy schedule.
Please note, if you have hire and reward cover only (30 day or pay-as-you-go), you can still make a claim for your windscreen using Autoglass, however the excess is £400. In this scenario, making a windscreen claim will affect your no claims discount entitlement.
