A courtesy vehicle is available when your vehicle is being repaired by one of our approved repairers, subject to availability. This vehicle is for Social, Domestic and Pleasure (SD&P) use only and cannot be used for work purposes.

If you were not at fault in an accident involving another vehicle, we may refer you to a credit hire organisation (CHO). They may be able to provide a like-for-like vehicle during the claim and could also assist you in claiming for other uninsured losses, such as personal injury and loss of earning.

Please note: Any claim related to your credit hire vehicle is separate from your claim with Zego and is not related to your policy with us.
