A courtesy vehicle is available when your vehicle is being repaired by one of our approved repairers, subject to availability. This vehicle is for Social, Domestic, and Pleasure (SDP) use only and cannot be used for work purposes.

If you were not at fault in an accident involving another vehicle, we may refer you to a credit hire organisation (CHO). They may be able to provide a like-for-like vehicle during the claim and could also assist you in claiming for other uninsured losses, such as personal injury and loss of earning.

Please note: Any claim with the CHO is separate from your claim with Zego and is not related to your policy with us.
