How do I make a claim against a Zego driver?

If you have been involved in an incident with a vehicle insured by Zego and you are not a Zego policyholder yourself, you can register a claim directly with us. Our team is here to help you through the process as quickly as possible.

How to register a new claim

To report a new incident and start a claim, please call our dedicated claims line:

When you call, our team will gather all the necessary details from you to set up the new claim on our system. To help us process this quickly, please have the following information ready if possible:

  • The registration number of the Zego-insured vehicle.

  • The date, time, and location of the incident.

  • Any photos of the damage or the scene.

  • Contact details for any witnesses.
