It's easy to check that your permissions are correctly enabled from the Zego Sense app. To do this, open the app and go to the home screen.
If your home screen is displayed as the picture below (even if there isn't yet a driver rating), all of the permissions we need are switched on.
If you don't have all of your permissions enabled, you'll see a screen like this, showing the status of your Location, Motion and Background refresh permissions.
Any permissions that are correctly enabled will have a green tick next to them.
If one or more of the permissions are not correctly enabled, you'll see a red pointer next it to it. You can tap on the drop down arrow next to the permission for more information.
From here, tap on the 'Enable' button to take you to your phone settings.
