Keeping your permissions enabled is a requirement of a Zego Sense policy. Without them enabled, we cannot assess how you are driving and your policy could be cancelled.
You can check if you have all of the permissions correctly enabled from the home screen of the Sense app. If you don't have them all enabled, you'll see a screen like this:
Just click on the permission that is missing for instructions on how to enable it, as shown below.
If you turn off your permissions, we’ll send you a series of notifications to remind you that you need to switch them back on.
If you don’t enable your permissions, depending on what policy you have, we may, at our discretion, remove the discount you were given (increasing the premium) or cancel your policy.
The best thing to do to avoid this from happening is to keep your permissions enabled at all times.
