How do I renew my pay-as-you-go cover?

As pay-as-you-go cover is broken down into individual shifts, we don’t renew pay-as-you-go cover. This means that you won't get a renewal quote from us.

There are 2 things to consider with pay-as-you-go cover:

Keeping your cover active

To ensure your cover remains active, make sure you have automatic top-up in place. With this enabled, your balance will be automatically topped up from your saved card, whenever it drops below £10.

Downloading a new Letter of Enrolment

If your current Letter of Enrolment is due to expire, you simply need to download it again.

Every time you open your Letter of Enrolment in the Zego Delivery app, it is updated to give you cover for the next 30 days. So you just need to go back into your app and re-download a new copy.
