The quickest and easiest way to change your email address or telephone number is to use the one of our apps.
Customers using the Zego Sense app
First, make sure you have the latest version of the Zego Sense app installed on your phone. Then follow these simple steps:
Open the Zego Sense app.
Tap the person icon in the top right of the screen to take you to the ‘Account’ page.
Select ‘Personal details’ from the list on the screen.
Tap ‘Edit’.
Enter your new email address and/or phone number, then tap ‘Save updates’.
You’ll get an email from us to verify the details you’ve entered. Follow the instructions in this email to finish updating your personal details.
And that's it! Easy.
Customers using the Zego Delivery app
First, make sure you have the latest version of the Zego Delivery app installed on your phone. Then follow these simple steps:
Open the Zego Delivery app.
Tap the ‘You’ option at the bottom of the screen.
Select ‘Personal details’ from the list on the screen.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and tap ‘Update personal details’.
Enter your new email address and/or phone number, then tap ‘Update’.
You’ll get an email from us to verify the details you’ve entered. Follow the instructions in this email to finish updating your personal details.
