How do I change my contact details?

The quickest and easiest way to change your email address or telephone number is to use the one of our apps.

Please note, if you need to correct your personal details, such as the spelling of your name or your date of birth, you'll need to get it touch with us.

Customers using the Zego Sense app

First, make sure you have the latest version of the Zego Sense app installed on your phone. Then follow these simple steps:

  1. Open the Zego Sense app.

  2. Tap 'More' at the bottom of the screen.

  3. Select ‘Personal details’ from the list on the screen.

  4. Tap ‘Edit details’.

  5. Enter your new email address and/or phone number, then tap ‘Save updates’.

  6. You’ll get an email from us to verify the details you’ve entered. Follow the instructions in this email to finish updating your personal details.

And that's it! Easy.


Customers using the Zego Delivery app

First, make sure you have the latest version of the Zego Delivery app installed on your phone. Then follow these simple steps:

  1. Open the Zego Delivery app.

  2. Tap the ‘You’ option at the bottom of the screen.

  3. Select ‘Personal details’ from the list on the screen.

  4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and tap ‘Update personal details’.

  5. Enter your new email address and/or phone number, then tap ‘Update’.

  6. You’ll get an email from us to verify the details you’ve entered. Follow the instructions in this email to finish updating your personal details.

I can't change my email address in the Zego Delivery app. What should I do?

If you can't change your email address, this is usually because you have not verified your account.

When you sign up for a new Zego account, we'll send you a verification email (shown here). Have a look through your mailbox to find this email and tap on the 'Verify Email' button.

Once your account has been verified, you'll be able to update your email address using the Zego Delivery app.

If you can't find this email, you'll need to contact us so that we can complete the verification process.
