If a payment relating to your Zego Credit agreement fails, we’ll try again automatically using the card details we have on file.
We’ll also:
Send you a notification letting you know the payment failed.
Ask you to bring your account up to date.
If your missed payment remains unresolved, we will issue a Notice of Default. This is a legal notice that means your credit agreement is at risk of being ended. If the default is not resolved:
Your credit agreement may be terminated.
Your insurance policy may be cancelled.
If the payment isn’t made within 21 days, your policy could be cancelled. Even after cancellation, you may still owe money if there’s a remaining balance on your finance agreement.
If you’re struggling to make payments, please reach out. The earlier you do, the more likely it is that we can help.
