Managing payments and card details with Zego Credit

When you buy your policy with Zego Credit, you can choose the day of the month your payments will be taken. We’ll send you a full payment schedule by email.

To help you stay on top of things:

  • We’ll send a reminder three days before each payment is due.

We use something called Continuous payment authority (CPA) to collect your monthly payments.

This means:

  • Payments are taken from your debit card, not directly from your bank account.

  • Your card details are stored securely and used for scheduled payments.

  • If your card expires, is lost or replaced, you’ll need to update your payment details to avoid missed payments.

You can update your card information at any time by following the instructions in this article. Just log in to your account or contact our customer support team.
