What can I change myself?
When going ahead with your renewal quote, you'll be able to make the following changes yourself without needing to get in touch:
If you have an annual policy, you'll be able to adjust if you'd like to pay in monthly instalments or in a single payment.
If you pay in a single payment, you'll be able to update your payment card information.
You'll also be able to add or remove any applicable add-ons, including breakdown cover, vehicle replacement cover and no claims discount protection.
When do I need to contact you?
If you'd like to make any other changes to ahead of your renewal, you'll need to get in touch with us. This includes changing your policy length or level of cover (if available).
This also applies if you need to make a change to your existing policy, but you've already received your renewal quote. For example, if you need to:
Change your vehicle
Change your address
Change your registration number
Add a named driver (for applicable products only)
All of these changes can affect the policy premium, so we'll need to recalculate the cost of your next renewal for you.
