How can I access my previous Live Chat conversations?

If you need to access any of the previous conversations you've had with us in Live Chat, you can do this directly from your app. This means that instead of us sending you a copy of your conversation, you can just go straight to live chat and find it!

If you use the Zego Sense app

  1. Open the Zego Sense app.

  2. Open live chat again from the Sense app by clicking 'Chat' at the top of the screen.

  3. Here you'll see 'Messages' at the top of the page, directly underneath "How can we help?"

  4. Tapping on 'Messages' will open up a list of all previous conversations with us. Here you can browse through your previous conversations to find anything you need.

If you use the Zego Delivery app

  1. Open the Zego Delivery app

  2. Tap 'Help' at the bottom of the screen and tap 'Chat to an Agent' to open the chat window.

  3. Tap the 3 dots in the top right corner of the screen, then tap 'Messages'.

  4. This will open up a list of all previous conversations with us. Here you can browse through your previous conversations to find anything you need.

Can I request that my live chat conversation is sent to me by email?

The good news is, you don't need to! You simply need to access live chat again and refer back to your previous conversation by following the steps above.
