If you're logged out of the app and you can't remember your password, follow these steps to log back in and update it.
Logging into the Zego Delivery app
1. Open the app and select the relevant country.
2. Tap the 'Login' link
3. Next, tap on 'Login Link'.
4. On the next screen, enter your email address and tap the 'Email Link' button. This will send a new email to your mailbox. Find the email on your phone and open it.
5. From your new email, click on the 'Log in to Zego' button.
6. After clicking the button above, it will open the Zego Delivery app and log you in! Easy!
How do I reset my password?
Once you're logged in, you can change your password by following these steps:
1. Tap 'You' at the bottom of the screen.
2. From the 'You' screen, tap 'Settings'.
3. Next, tap 'Change password'.
4. Now you can enter your new password into the first box, and type it again into the second box, making sure the passwords match. Once you're ready, tap the 'Change password' button.
And that's it! Easy!
How do I log out of the Zego Delivery app?
Sometimes, logging in and out of the Zego Delivery app may help to resolve a technical issue.
If you ever need to log out of the app, you simply need to tap 'You' at the bottom of the screen, followed by tapping 'Log out'.
To log in again, either enter your password or follow the steps shown above.
