How can I get my balance refunded to me?

If you have a balance on your account and you no longer need your pay-as-you-go cover, we can refund it back to your original payment card.

To do this, you need to cancel your cover. Find out how to cancel your cover here.

Please note, the following will not be refunded when cancelling your cover:

  • The account enablement (set up) fee

  • Any referral credit you have earned
