Our cancellation terms very depending on the type of cover you have. Below we've provided a very brief explanation, however your policy booklet will provide full details of your cancellation terms. Use this guide to find your policy booklet.

Please note: any fees charged throughout your policy are non-refundable.

Pay-as-you-go cover

If you cancel your pay-as-you-go cover, any remaining balance on your Zego account will be refunded back to your payment card.

30 day policies

If you cancel a 30 day policy, you will not receive a refund. Our 30-day policies are non-refundable.

Annual policies

If you cancel in the first 14 days

You will receive a full refund, minus the time on cover and the policy set up fee.

If you cancel after the first 14 days

Refunds will depend on the following:

  • How much time you've had on cover: You can view the cancellation refund scale in your policy booklet.

  • How you pay for your policy: If you pay monthly, you're cancellation will need to consider how much you've paid towards your policy.
