I want to pay off the rest of my monthly payments now. Can I do that?
Yes! However in this instance, please do not settle your credit agreement directly with Premium Credit. We need to make sure that our records are up to date and we need to know that we are not expecting any more payments from you.
If you'd like to pay off your credit agreement, just get in touch with us and we'll arrange it for you.
What happens if I miss a payment?
If you miss a payment for any reason, please contact Premium Credit to make the missing payment as soon as possible. You can use Prima to do this!
If you don't do anything, your credit agreement will be cancelled and you'll need to pay the rest of your monthly instalments to us in a lump sum to continue your cover.
If this ever happens, we'll send you an email to let you know. But, if you are unable to pay the remaining balance, or if we do not hear from you, you'll be given 7 days notice before we cancel your policy.
To make sure this doesn't happen, it's best to make sure you always have sufficient funds to cover your monthly payments, and that you keep your details up to date with Premium Credit.
