How do I proceed with an existing quote?

Easy-to-follow guide for customers looking to proceed with an existing insurance quote through Zego.

Getting started with an existing quote is quick and straightforward.

Whether you’re finalising cover for private hire, a courier van, business van, car or scooter, this guide will take you through each step.

With options to continue your quote online, via the Zego Delivery app or with support from our Live Chat team, you’ll be covered in no time.

If you received your quote from the Zego website

You can retrieve your previous quotes from our website. You can either click the button below, or select 'Get a quote' at the top of any of our webpages.

This will take you back to the product selection screen. Just select the relevant product again.

From here you'll be able to see all of your quotes. To go ahead with one, just open it back up and continue through the payment process. Simple!

If you received your quote from the Zego Delivery app

It’s easy to go ahead with a quote in the app. Just select the ‘Cover’ tab, choose your product then complete your registration

If you need to restart your quote, just tap the bin icon (more information here).

If you received your quote from a member of the Zego team

To go ahead with a quote that you received from our Commercial team, simply give them a call on 020 3053 9815 and we'll put your cover in place for you.
