For 30-Day policies

If you cancel a 30-day policy, you will not receive a refund. Our 30-day policies are non-refunable.

For Annual policies

If you have an annual policy and you cancel your policy in the first 14 days, you will receive a full refund, minus the policy set up fee.

After the first 14 days, you may receive a refund depending on much cover you’ve had.

To find out how much of a refund you are entitled to, please check your policy booklet. To do this, follow these simple steps:

1. From the Zego Sense app, tap ‘Policies’ at the bottom of the screen.

2. Tap the ‘Document’ button on the relevant policy.

3. Select Policy Booklet.

Please note: any fees charged throughout your policy are non-refundable.
