Finding and downloading your Zego policy documents is quick and straightforward through the Zego Sense or Zego Delivery apps.
In this guide, we’ll show you how to access your Policy Documents for any policy type, so you always have them on hand when needed.
Zego Sense App
You can view and download your Policy Certificate, Policy Booklet and Policy Schedule from your Zego Sense app. Just follow the steps below to find them:
From the Zego Sense app, tap ‘Policies’ at the bottom of the screen.
Tap the ‘Document’ button on the relevant policy.
From here you can open your Policy Certificate, Policy Schedule, Policy Booklet or IPID.
Once opened, you can download (or share) a pdf version of the document to your phone.
In addition to using your app, you can also log into your account to download your policy certificate: zego.com/my-zego/your-details
Zego Delivery App
30-day and Annual policies
If you have a 30-day or an annual policy, you can view and download your Policy Certificate, Policy Booklet and Policy Schedule from your Zego Delivery app. Just follow the steps below to find them:
1. From the Zego Delivery app, tap the ‘Documents’ option at the bottom of the screen.
2. Select the document you need to view it on screen.
3. From here you can download a pdf version to your phone.
The pdf document can be sent to your work provider, should you need to provide proof. Please note that screen prints of this will not be accepted.

Pay-as-you-go policy
If you have a Pay-as-you-go policy, we provide you with a letter of enrolment rather than a certificate of insurance. This can be sent to any of your work providers as proof that you have insurance in place with us.
