The quickest and easiest way to change your email address or telephone number is to use the Zego Sense app.

First, make sure you have the latest version of the Zego Sense app installed on your phone. Then follow these simple steps:

1. From the Sense app, tap the person icon in the top right of the screen to take you to the ‘Account’ page.

2. Select ‘Personal details’ from the list on the screen.

3. Tap ‘Edit’.

4. Enter your new email address and/or phone number, then tap ‘Save updates’.

5. You’ll get an email from us to verify the details you’ve entered. Follow the instructions in this email to finish updating your personal details.
