You do have the option to choose your own garage for repairs. However, depending on your policy, selecting a non-approved repairer may result in an increased excess.

If you wish to proceed with your own repairer, we will need the name, address, and contact details of the garage. Our engineers will then get in touch with them to ensure that all repair work is authorised and completed at a reasonable cost.

Please note that if we are unable to authorise the work before it is completed, we may not cover the full cost of the repairs.
