Why has my driver score changed when I wasn't driving?
Why has my driver score changed when I wasn't driving?
Updated this week

We use that last 28 days of driving to build up your driver score over a 35 day period.

If your driver score has changed after a day where you haven't driven, it's usually because the data from your trips has taken a little bit longer to reach us. Or, you've not driven for a period longer than a week.

This means that if you haven't driven for a single day, your driver score will not be affected.

Rest assured, that your driver score only reflects the time that you are driving, so if it does change, the updated number is correct.
