If you refer a friend to Zego, you’ll both get up to £50 to spend!

It’s really easy to do, just follow these simple steps:

  1. Login to your Zego account to find your unique link.

  2. Share it with friends via email, WhatsApp or text.

  3. When your friend takes out a new Zego policy, you’ll each get a reward worth up to £50.

How does the refer a friend scheme work?

Our refer a friend program allows you to invite your friends to join Zego - and to earn a reward while you're at it!

It’s simple to refer your friends. Follow the steps below to get started:

  1. Share Login to your Zego account or Sense app to find your unique link. Then share it with friends via email, WhatsApp or text.

  2. Reward When your friend takes out a new Zego policy, you’ll each get a reward worth up to £50.

  3. Repeat There’s no limit on how many friends you can bring on the journey. When you refer more, you earn more.

How do I get my unique link?

Login to your Zego account or the Sense app to find your unique referral link. You can then share this with your friends via email, Whatsapp or text.

How much will I earn for referring my friends?

You'll get up to £50 for each friend you refer. The value of the reward will depend on the length of the policy your friend buys.

  • If they buy an annual policy you will both get £50.

  • If they buy a monthly policy you will both get £10.

This program doesn't include our pay as you go products.

How do I receive my reward?

Once your friend has bought their insurance policy and been driving with us for 14 days, you'll both get an email to claim your reward.

You'll be able to choose the reward you want - either Paypal cash or an Amazon voucher.

How many people can I refer?

You can refer as many people as you want, the more the merrier!

Will my friend get rewarded too?

Yes! We believe sharing is caring, so you'll both get rewarded when your friend joins using your unique link.

I haven't received my reward yet. Where is it?

Once your friend has bought their Zego insurance policy, we wait two weeks before sending out the reward to both of you. This is to make sure they continue their policy with us after the cooling off period.


Refer a Friend Terms & Conditions

The Zego refer-a-friend promotion (the “Promotion”) is being promoted by Zego. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. These terms and conditions govern the Promotion.

The Offer

  1. Any existing Zego customer can participate (except for Flex customers). Customers will be automatically registered to become a referrer (“Referrer/s”) and will be given a unique web link to share with friends and family who are not already Zego customers (“Friends”) and who are happy to receive the link from you.

  2. Friends must use the link to register their details and make a Qualifying Purchase.

  3. Within 3 months of a Friend making a Qualifying Purchase, both Referrer and Friend will each receive a link to claim their choice of a cash payment via PayPal or an Amazon voucher (“Reward”). For the purchase of an annual policy the reward amount will be £50, and for a 30 day policy the reward amount will be £10.

  4. The reward will be available for both parties to claim after the Friend exits their 14 day cooling off period. This will be delivered by email to the email addresses used to register for the Promotion (the "Offer"). Rewards may be subject to availability and/or reward links may be active only for a limited period. Unless set out otherwise, you must use the reward link to claim a reward within 12 months of the link being sent to you.

  5. The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

  6. Referrers' and Friends' ("Users") personal data will be collected, stored and processed for the purposes of administering and assessing the Promotion. More information on how Zego processes personal data can be found in its privacy notice https://www.zego.com/privacy/.

  7. Zego reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the Promotion and / or review and revise these terms and conditions at any time without giving prior notice and by continuing to take part in the Promotion subsequent to any revision of these Terms & Conditions, Users shall be deemed to have agreed to any such new or amended terms.

Qualifying Purchases

  1. A “Qualifying Purchase” is the purchase of a new fixed term (annual or 30 day) Zego insurance policy using the referral link only, excluding any 7 day or Pay As You Go insurance policies.

  2. Purchases made via third party sellers do not qualify. Policies that are cancelled during the cooling off period or otherwise disconnected or in arrears do not qualify. Any Friends and / or Referrers suspected of fraud will be disqualified.
